The Fantasia wheel comes in your choice of unfinished, clear lacquer finish,  or walnut finish. The price includes three bobbins, a threading hook, and an oil bottle. You’ll love the easy-to-change bobbins thanks to a magnetic flyer assembly…no need to remove the driveband. Just pull to release the flyer and change your bobbin! The decorative “swish” on the drive wheel also serves a purpose. It weights the drive wheel. Stop treadling, and the wheel will position itself so a right foot treadle pump will easily start your wheel spinning clockwise. This is one of the most popular wheels at the Fiber Garden! You’ll understand why when you experience the smooth treadle action, quick-change bobbins, and large sliding flyer hooks which minimize resistance when spinning loftier or more textured yarns.

Please note on ordering!  We have many wheels in stock at the Fiber Garden ready for you to pick-up. But you may also order one to be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer at no additional cost. The Fiber Garden pays all shipping charges! When you select a wheel, you will choose “local pick-up” (if we have your choice of wheel in stock) OR  “please ship”. If you choose local pick-up, we will contact you to set a time for you to come and get your wheel. (Note that during the pandemic we are not allowing anyone into the mercantile, so local pick-up will be outdoors curbside pick-up only.) If you choose “please ship”, you will receive updates on the timeline for shipping your wheel. Most wheels ship promptly.
