This class offers instruction for “beginning and beyond” rigid heddle weavers. Beginners will start with a basic scarf followed by a sampler of pick-up and lace techniques to experience the versatility of the loom. There will be time to weave one or more additional projects you choose to expand your learning even further. Those with experience on the loom will engage in a color study. We will begin by weaving a color gamp runner. Then you’ll plan and weave additional project(s) of your choice that apply color theory. Beginning and intermediate. No previous rigid heddle or weaving experience necessary.
