The Schacht Wolf looms…Baby Wolf, Mighty Wolf, and Wolf Pup…are looms we love! We use them in all of our Fiber Garden weaving workshops (more than 20 years of them!) and they have performed perfectly! Wolf looms fold, even with your work in progress, and are easy to move with the optional (Baby and Mighty Wolf) or included (Wolf Pup) wheels. There are several options you can choose when selecting a Wolf loom and we keep the most popular in stock. Please read the next paragraphs carefully related to looms we have in stock vs. those that must be ordered for you.
IMPORTANT! The Fiber Garden maintains a stock of Wolf looms for use in our weaving workshops. These looms are also for sale! Due to space constraints in our mercantile/studio, we cannot stock an inventory of brand new Wolf looms in addition to workshop looms. Many people prefer to purchase the looms used in our workshops because they are very gently used (usually only a few workshops of use!), they are in perfect operating condition, AND, they are sold at 10% off of the full retail price because they have some light use on them! This is a great “deal”. (Many students have left their weaving workshop with one of them in their vehicle!) Of course, the Fiber Garden stands fully behind any of the looms we sell off our studio floor. These looms are for local pick-up only. You must arrange to visit the Fiber Garden to pick up your loom. The prices listed for these looms represent 10% off the listed retail price AND include the Wolf stroller (wheels) on Baby and Mighty models also at a 10% discount.
The second option is to order a brand new loom that will be shipped directly to you. There is NO COST for looms to be shipped…the Fiber Garden pays all shipping charges! The loom will be shipped to you from the manufacturer in Colorado. You will be provided with an estimated shipping date after the order is placed and will receive tracking information when your loom is on its way.
On occasion, we will have a never-used loom that has recently been delivered to the Fiber Garden. If one is in stock, you will see the “new, local pick up” option available and it will be priced at full retail pricing.
Purchasing a studio loom allows you to get your loom sooner and at a discount; but “please ship” gives you the convenience of your new loom being shipped directly to your home. Please be sure and select the correct item when you are ordering.
